In what slightly resembled a political convention complete with lights, music, and a crowd of 2,000 from more states than ever before, a number of speakers livened up the audience.
The popular themes at this summit thus far seem to be health care, cap and trade and card check. Tax cuts also took a major place.
North Carolina is well-represented, with the largest delegation, and with Dallas Woodhouse leading the way. Many thanks to AFP Chairman of the Board, Art Pope, for helping to generously support such a worthy cause.

At lunch today, the North Carolina delegation took the "session" room and hosted a discussion panel featuring Art Pope, Dallas Woodhouse, Col. Francis DeLuca (USMCR) of the Civitas Institute, and Lockwood Phillips.
