The Wake County Republican Party has printed "Don't Tread On Me" T-Shirts ahead of today's Tea Party happening from 4:30 to 7:30 on Halifax Governement Mall, in downtown Raleigh.
The Tea Party, sponsored by the NC Chapter of Americans for Prosperity, is a statewide protest against the billion dollar state tax increase. Fox News Star, and all around interesting person, Mary Katharine Ham, will be the featured speaker, along with "Joe the Plumber".
The "Don't Tread On Me T-Shirts" are twenty dollars and are limited to first-come, first serve, and are available at the Tea Party only. Get yours just as soon as you arrive at the Tea Party. Sizes run large, so purchase a size down from what you would normally wear.
UPDATE: THE SHIRTS WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE AT THE NCGOP STATE CONVENTION. WAKE IS THE HOST COUNTY.
Editor's Note: Your blogger is an activist and board member with the Wake GOP Executive Committee and serves on the NC GOP Executive Committee. She'll see you today (Wednesday) at the Tea Party, proudly sporting her new T-Shirt, with her young son in tow. Please be sure to say hello!
