The School Violence Prevention Act SB 526 was pulled from the calendar today and
rescheduled for Tuesday. We assume that SB 221 is still on the calendar for Tuesday, as well.

HB 88 - The so-called Healthy Youth Act (The Sex-Ed Bill) As amended by the House would require 104 school districts (of the 115 total in NC) that only teach Abstinence from Sex Until Marriage (AUM) to add a condom-based Comprehensive Sex Education (CSE) track to their sex education curriculum.
SB 526 - The so-called School Violence Prevention Act (The Bullying Bill) As amended, the bill would force North Carolina's public schools to promote homosexuality and other "alternative" sexual behaviors as normal
and acceptable.
