Fmr. Insurance Commissioner Jim Long Dead at 68

Longtime North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Jim Long (D), 68, died at Raleigh's Rex Hospital Monday due to problems caused by a stroke.   Read the story on the Raleigh News and Observer website.
