Your blogger is a great admirer of Judge Doug McCullough, of the North Carolina Court of Appeals. He has eight years of experience on that bench, where he has written over 700 opinions.
He has an inexperienced opponent, and we feel that electing her would be a huge slight to the North Carolina justice system. We must keep Judge McCullough in office!
Doug McCullough is an American hero. He served his county well during his 29 years in the United States Marine Corps. He retired as a Colonel after serving as a JAG officer, in both trial and defense. He also served in Intelligence.
During his time in the Marine Corps and reserves, McCullough (left, with wife Lucci) served as assistant U.S. Attorney General, where he helped capture Manual Noriega. In the 1970s, he was legislative council and and staff director to Senator Harrison Schmitt, the last man to walk on the moon.
In short, McCullough has devoted his entire adult life to public service. He could have retired from the Corps and settled into a lucrative position in private practice, but he choose to run for the state's second-highest court. He is that committed.

Katy's Conservative Corner has previously endorsed Judge McCullough and urges you to cast your ballot for him on Tuesday.
A straight ticket vote will NOT cast a vote for any judge. Look at the end of your ballot and select DOUG McCULLOUGH by name.
With Judge McCullough in office, we can continue the fairness that we have come to expect from him.
DISCLAIMER: Your blogger worked as Judge McCullough's state campaign coordinator for one year, until back problems prevented her from further traveling the state. After back surgery and ongoing successful recovery, she has since devoted herself to her new media (blog) involvement, while continuing to support McCullough and all conservative judicial candidates.
