Heard on the street

Heard on the street by an employee of the State Department of Labor, who feels that the Democrat contender is not the best person for the job of Commissioner:

"I don't want to have to report to Mary Fant (Donnan).  She's got no personality, is an egghead, and has no skills as a CEO.  She scares me to death."

Mary Fant Donnan is the Democrat nominee for Labor Commissioner.  That post is currently held by Cherie Berry, who was first elected in 2000, becoming the first woman and Republican to hold the post.
