Attention North Carolina conservatives! Conservative candidates running for the North Carolina Court of Appeals need your help.
These candidates are at the bottom of the ballot and there will be many local judges, along with the statewide races, on your ballot on Tuesday. To help avoid confusion, Katy's Conservative Corner has done some of the work for you.
Anyone voting on either the Democratic or Republican ballot may cast a vote for these candidates.
The conservative judges running in primaries tomorrow are:
Tyson Seat: Vote ONLY for John Tyson (above). Ignore all other names on the ballot. Judge Tyson was previously endorsed by your blogger.
Wynn Seat: Vote for both Jewel Ann Farlow or Dean Poirier. Do not vote for any other names on the ballot. They have both been endorsed by the NC GOP. Voting for both names, that will ensure that a Republican will take the seat in November.
THERE WILL BE NO R's OR D's to designate party affiliation on the ballots this year. (Due to a new, unfair law passed by the liberal General Assembly.) Thus, you must know the names of your judicial candidates before you enter your polling place.
Meanwhile, the Democrats are working hard for their candidates. In his weekly e-letter, Jerry Meek shared a website with his readers dedicated to the "NC Democratic Judges".
After the Primary is over, your blogger will place such a site online. We've already purchased the domain names, so watch this site for an announcement!
