Please Remind Conservative Friends to Vote Nov 6th

Ele  Many municipalities across the state are having elections or runoffs on November 6th.  Please let us avoid elections, such as the Raleigh and Cary October races, where only 6-7% of eligible Republicans voted.  Our hard working conservative candidates had no chance with that kind of turnout.

Now, here in Raleigh, Mayor Charles Meeker is geared up for action once the new council is sworn in.  Our taxes will rise even higher as "our" mayor forces upon us publicly funded art, and more expensive, taxpayer funded goodies downtown. 

My husband and I think it may be time to finally flee Raleigh.  Despite his great job with Alcatel-Lucent, we won't be able to afford Raleigh anymore.  Plus, we don't like being forced to pay for something we might rather help fund, privately. 

Perhaps I'm preaching to the converted, but we must turn our folks out if we want to win.  The opposition has been excellent in turning their people out.  We can't let what happened in October, happen again.
