Jim Neal: I'm gay, gay, gay and I've had my day, day, day

Queen_crown Looks like Jim Neal's days as the lone Dem in the race to challenge Elizabeth Dole are soon-to-be done. 

Fellow NC political bloggers, The Soup, have got the NC meter pegged.  They might not care much for Senator Dole, but they know that Chapel Hill liberal, Jim Neal, isn't the "man" the Dems want to challenge her. 

Papers across the state are reporting that the North Carolina Democrat Party is back in recruitment phase after Neal's public coming out party on notorious liberal blog, BlueNC.

The Soup wrote:

"A gay investment banker who has spent most of his adult life in New York City and Los Angeles might be a dream candidate in the 27514 zip code, but somehow The Soup thinks this isn’t going to fly at Wilbur’s BBQ in Goldsboro." 

The Tinky Winky character of Teletubbies fame is depicted with a purse, or is it a "man purse"?  Too cute.   My toddler son likes Tinky Winky.  But not that much.
